TAGBILARAN CITY TOUR
You can tour around the city by public transport - the three-wheeled "tricycle" can be an interesting experience. The Central Market displays the agricultural & marine products of the province, while in Torralba Market you will find locally produced handicraft.
Across the town plaza is the St. Joseph Cathedral, originally built in 1767 by the Jesuit mission.
Across the Cathedral is another old Spanish-built edifice, which now houses government offices. Within walking distance is the Bohol National Museum, which displays historical artifacts of the province.
Other points of interest are the Governor's Mansion, the fish port, "Old Tagbilaran" ancestral houses, antique shops, and souvenir shops.
