The highlights of your tour to Batanes are the landscape, seascape and physical
of the community full of houses made of cogon roof tops.
Mariboro countryside, ghost town and other town of Itbud,
Evana, Mahataw and Uyugan are all in the state of antiquity.
If your time permits together with the weather - an island called
Sabtang is probably one of the most preserved physical cultura
of Batanes, plus the backdrop of this town looks like the mountain
cliffs and limestone of El Nido.
Every place in Batanes is a good site for archeaology. Just
by walking near the mountain cliffs or or the man-made roads,
you will notice that it is full of old chorals, which means
that the area was submerged under water millions of years ago.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Batanes is located in the northernmost region
of Luzon where lodgings are simple and rustic. Hardly any modern
transportation exist, thus a jeepney will be used for the tour.
Travelers may experience minor inconvenience such as lack of
hot/cold shower, aircon transfers and modern restaurant facilities.
