Philippine Airlines, Asia's first airline, has a 59-year history steeped in tradition and modernity. Along with the improvements in aircraft, network and infrastructure, PAL has also upgraded its product packages geared towards the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) segments of the travel industry.

In particular, the "Meetings Make Manila" program of the Department of Tourism which is aimed at projecting Manila as an international Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) venue, will be the focus of PAL's marketing and promotional efforts this year.

Overall, PAL's passenger service has been enhanced to an even higher level. Passengers can now look forward to a schedule punctuality record of over 90%, restful and soothing inflight service, award-winning cuisine, and perhaps the industry's most generous and perk-laden frequent-flyer program.
