ITINERARY
Day 1 ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi by international flight. Meeting and assistance
on arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 IN DELHI
City tour - drive past Presidential Palace, India Gate, Raj
Ghat, Chandni Chowk. Visit Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Jama
Masjid.
Day 3 DELHI - JAIPUR (265 Kms / 5 hrs drive)
Morning leave Delhi by car for Jaipur. Upon arrival at Jaipur,
check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4 IN JAIPUR
Morning excursion to Amber Fort. Ascend on Elephant back,
the hill on which the fortress is situated. Afternoon city tour
of Jaipur visiting the pink city of Jaipur, including the Hawa
Mahal (Palace of the Winds) and the City Palace.
Day 5 JAIPUR - AGRA (238 Kms / 5 hrs drive)
Morning leave Jaipur by car for Agra. En route visit Fatehpur
Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar. Upon arrival at Agra, check-in
at the hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the world
famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
Day 6 AGRA - GWALIOR (by train)
Transfer to the railway station in time to connect train for
Gwalior. In Gwalior meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer
to the hotel. Afternoon city tour of Gwalior including visit
to the Gwalior Fort. The history of Gwalior dates back to 8th
century A.D.
Day 7 GWALIOR - JHANSI - KHAJURAHO
Transfer to the railway station in time to connect train
for Jhansi. In Jhansi meeting and assistance on arrival and
transfer to Khajuraho (5 hours drive). En route visit Orchha
Orchha, now a small hamlet in the state of Madhya Pradesh,
was once the capital of the formidable Bundela kings who ruled
over a large tract between the Ganga and Narmada in medieval
times. Arrive Khajuraho and check-in at the hotel.
Day 8 IN KHAJURAHO
Morning tour of temples in Khajuraho. The beautiful temples
at Khajuraho are believed to have been built by the mighty
Chandela rulers in the 9th and 10th century A.D.
Day 7 GWALIOR - JHANSI - KHAJURAH
Transfer to the railway station in time to connect train
for Jhansi. In Jhansi meeting and assistance on arrival
and transfer to Khajuraho (5 hours drive). En route visit

Day 9 KHAJURAHO - VARANASI (by air)
Transfer to the airport to connect flight for Varanasi.
In Varanasi meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer
to the hotel. Afternoon visit Sarnath, the buried Buddhist
city where Buddha gave his first sermon. Sarnath was a
renowned school of learning from the 6th century B.C.
to the 12th century A.D. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the
Buddhist temple and the Museum.
Day 10 IN VARANASI
Early morning boat cruise on the River Ganges followed
by a tour of Varanasi visiting the Bharat Mata Tempel
with a big relief map of India in marble, Durga Temple,
Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University which has
an art gallery and the Mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb.
Day 11 VARANASI - DELHI (by air)
Transfer to the airport in time to connect flight for
Delhi. In Delhi meeting and assistance on arrival and
transfer to the hotel.
Day 12 DEPART DELHI
Transfer to the airport in time to connect to your onward
flight.
Hotel check-in / check-out time : 12 noon

REGISTRATION
AND RESERVATIONS
A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of
registration. The deposits will confirm your reservation until
60 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of
the trip is due. If reservation is effected within 60 days of
commencement of travel, the entire amount is to be submitted
at the time of confirmation. All tour participants must complete,
sign and date a tour registration form.
You will receive the status of hotel accommodation and other
services within a week of submitting the registration form along
with the booking amount.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Full refund, minus a $100.00 per person handling charge will be made if cancellation
is received in writing no less than 60 days prior to departure.
Thereafter the following fees will be imposed based on the number
of days prior to departure
59-30 days ::: US $300 per person
29-15 days ::: 50% of the tour cost
14-8 days ::: 75% of the tour cost
Within 14 days of departure ::: 100%

INSURANCE
Trip insurance us advisable for your trips. We will provide
you will all necessary assistance.
TOUR
COSTS
Tour costs and what they will include are listed on the
itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise, the
tour fee includes: (1) accommodations in double
occupancy and (2) most meals,
(3) all transportation during the tour,
(4) entrance fees and (5) services
of a tour guide/ leader. Tour costs are paid to
the service providers in advance and no refunds will be
given for unutilized services for any reason whatsoever.
Items NOT included in our costs:::
>Visa and passport charges
>Departure Taxes
>Extra meals not included in the itinerary
>Items of personal nature (i.e. laundry,
medical expenses, personal clothing, tips to the guides/driver,
restaurant boys)
>Emergency evacuation
>Personal travel insurance
TOUR
DATES, DELAYS AND ROUTE CHANGES
Since schedules are determined up to a year-and-a-half in
advance, changes in dates may have to be made. It is also
possible that route changes, delays or postponements may become
necessary. This could happen due to inclement weather, political
restrictions or any other cause. In this event, you will have
no right to a refund and the tour provider will have no obligation
in respect to such changes, except as follows:::
>If the land content of a tour is delayed, the tour
provider will arrange, at no additional expense to you, accommodation
for you for the duration of the delay.
> If the scheduled place of departure, the land content
of the tour is changed, the tour provider will arrange, at
your expense, a substitute means of transportation from the
original point of departure to the rescheduled point of departure.
>If the scheduled duration of the land content of the tour
is shortened more than 24 hours, the tour provider will make
a refund based on the number of complete days the trip was
shortened.
