T O N I W E I
Toni Wei sounds like the name of the latest Chinese superstar from the hottest martial arts movie of epic proportions. But as Toni herself will attest, "I'm faux Chinese. I look Chinese and everything, but I'm so not Chinese. I don't think like one. And I'm probably the only Chinese person who doesn't know how to work chopsticks." |

Just like so many others, Toni has been in a constant exodus to foreign lands. But like so few, she has realized the true meaning of the saying, "Huwag maging dayuhan sa sariling bayan." And so this 22-year old is taking her love of travel into more grounded territory. |

Blessed with an infectious dimpled smile, Toni is outgoing and vocal. But then she declares, "That's just a side of me." Aside from reading books and sleeping, another one of Toni's hobbies is deep-thinking, something quite natural for a girl who's on a self-intitiated quest of self-discovery. "I like being quiet to think of things I want to do and things that are going to happen to me."
