3. What do BUSINESS DAYS mean?
Business days begin and end according to Philippine/local time and do not include weekends or recognized Philippine holidays. The first business day will be the business day after the day you submit your reservation/booking to Lakbay.Net.

4. What is an OPTION DATE?
An option date is the date given to the traveler to pay/finalize his/her booking or reservation transaction.

5. Can you hold my reservation for any time up to 24 hours?
Yes, as long as it does not go beyond the designated option date.

6. What happens if I make a reservation and I have to cancel?
Are there any cancellation fees?
Lakbay.Net will impose a cancellation or no-show penalty fee on a pre-paid reservation. The amount will depend on the policies of the member establishment and that of Lakbay.Net.

7. What do I do if I lose my payment receipt/travel voucher?
Simply present your I.D. to the hotel front desk where you booked, transport counter personnel, or your official Lakbay tour coordinator.

8. Can I make a booking outside the Philippines? How do I pay?
Yes, you can make a booking from outside the Philippines using Lakbay.Net and you can pay using your Visa, MasterCard, or JCB.

NOTE: The exchange rate (e.g., PhP to USD, PhP to Yen, etc.) to be applied for cardholders outside the Philippines will be based on the exchange rate of the issuing bank on the date of the transaction.
