ABOUT THE 1A-RES
The 1a-Res is an Internet-based booking and payment facility that provides users with "real-time" travel information and services such as airline schedules, and allows users to check for airline seats, hotel rooms, and flight schedules. It is the most flexible and easy-to-use booking in the industry. Anyone with an Internet facility can access it.

You can pay in cash thru any Union Bank branch nationwide, not just thru credit cards.
You can have your tickets delivered right to your doorstep.

How to Use the 1a-Res
1. NEW MEMBERS
If you are not a member, click on "NEW MEMBER."
For new members: Encode information for user profile.
2. EXISTING MEMBERS
Go directly to availability search.
3. Searching for flight availability: Click on "AVAILABILITY," then "FLIGHTS."
4. Fill up form and submit. Amadeus booking engine receives reservation and automatically confirms booking. At the same time, user receives booking confirmation via e-mail.
Payment Procedure:
1. You may opt for Union Bank or credit card payment.
For UnionBank payments, go to any UnionBank branch. To check for UnionBank branches, click here: http://www.lakbay.net/unionbank.html
For credit card payments, print credit card form found on the site, fill up, sign, and fax to Lakbay.Net.
2. For more details on payment, click or type http://www.lakbay.net.ph/lakbaypay.html.
3. You may also opt for ticket delivery or pick-up. Click on or type http://www.lakbay.net.ph/lakbaydelivery.html for more details.
Note:
If end user is not a member, he/she may search flight availability but cannot confirm a booking.
